I'm toying with the idea of this. But I can't make my mind up if I should just watch the TV series or read the comics   watch at the same time.

At the moment I've stopped after volume 1 and will let the TV series catch up, then make a decision (I just realised this week's episode is recorded, happy days data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7).

Volume 1 probably covers the whole of the first TV series - its only 6 episodes long.

If you want to read the books at TV pace, you wont finish them for may years to come....

Yeah a colleague of mine who is well into the teens reading The Walking Dead suggested I just stick with the books because season one is only 6 episodes as Theydon pointed out and we probably won't see season two until well into next year so I am in no rush to watch the series. Really enjoying Volume two which arrived yesterday.

Ah don't tell me that! I'll definitely end up reading the comics now.
The latest episode was very good and I agree it's going rather slowly compared to the comics.
I'm reading the first Ultimate Spiderman TPB, with some X-Men comics on the way, I'll be picking up some WD after that data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7.

Just finished it the other night...It's definitely data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7! It's probably the most graphic data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 graphic novel I've ever read. It was a good read, and I thought the story was all wrapped up well by the end - I didn't realise there were more being written. That's good to know - looking forward to the new collection.

Glad you liked it, the Crossed 3d novel (all new story) release date is the 25th/11, and I'm sure the Crossed "Family Values" series will be complied on completion of the series, it's a good series you can always get back issues from comic suppliers on ebay. That should keep you enGROSSED (see what I did there) for a while.

Is there anywhere online you can preview comics? I know Amazon let you read a few pages of some of their books and Vertigo used to let you read a single issue of some of their releases (not sure if they still do this). Is there anywhere else?
