Here is why not:A trolley pass is $18 for two weeks = $9 per week.A bus pass, at $16 per week is $7 more than the trolley pass.At $2 per one way ride, make two round trips by bus to Disney or a non-outlet mall and you are already $1 behind.Every additional trip is "free".Not huge amounts, but hey, every $ counts (IMO).
Looks like the iDrive pass is a good idea then. I take it they are frequent or are they rammed?

Another quick question - just been on floridatix.com trying to get an idea for all the theme parks etcOH MY GOD !!! how expensive?Anyway, any good hints and tips here - i looked at some passes and they were about £350 each (adults are apparently kids over 9) for a 7 day disney pass.
I would buy just LYNX bus passes and forget about the trolley.
As to theme parks - you will find that a two week pass for Disney costs just about the same as one week. You can save on admission by keeping to Disney and leaving the others for your next visit.
How long are you away for?
If it's 2/3 weeks, there's more than enough to do with a 14 day Disney pass - I'd leave Universal for next time.
Not sure there will be a next time to be honest. 14 days visit.
Ideally we want to do
Disney, 4 parks plus one water park
Universal - both parks
Sea World
Busch Gardens
And then maybe something else like Gatorland, maybe a trip out on a boat or similar

That itinerary is just about doable I suppose, but you'll be absolutely shattered by the end - logistically it would be absolutely non-stop with no downtime at all. And without a car, you're 'wasting' an awful lot of time.
@rustybin - yep I know it will be hectic but I expect will get a bus out to Disney / Universal / Sea World early in the morning, after a big breakfast and then spend the whole day there.We are going to plan a couple of days with nothing in so we can rest by the pool and just chill.
International Drive - we are staying near the Orlando eye - what sort of other stuff is there to do along there?My mate says stuff like a couple of great crazy golf places, bars, shops, restaurants, Ripleys etc
Yes, that sort of stuff and plenty of eating etc.As to your itinerary - way too much in way too short a time. It takes 7-10 days at least to do Disney both thoroughly and comfortably. Two days at each main attraction isn't too long. Overall, a fortnight including R&R and shopping time.
I strongly suggest that you plan another trip to do "the others".
