Another plus for folding mirrors is the auto dim.
A little weird looking in your rear view mirror at night and everything is tinted green then you look in your side mirror and its bright white/yellow.

As I said I have no idea why there is a button to turn it off on mine!!

Heated seats.

Got a top spec VW Passat with half leather and alcantera, both front seats are heated and it’s awesome.

Heated leather front seats in my golf are used every morning in winter.I also find the heating can ease some back ache on a very long drive but the seats in the GTi are good so that's only if I've done something to my back before hand.
I wouldn't bother with the back unless you're going out as a chauffeur.
I wouldn't bother with folding mirrors but I live in the country and rarely need to parallel park or worry about people knocking them off.

We often drive with our mirrors folded on the country lanes...saves having them knocked by the branches, a white van or an old lady in a Nissan micra data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 Or tractors...

I hate the VAG implementation, turning a knob whilst driving is just not intuitive and quick enough...Mercedes and BMW where it is just a push button is so much easier...

I always park in a garage overnight so temp in the car doesn't really drop enough for my bum to feel cold when I get in...I think I'd go for a HUD and not folding mirrors

Heated steering wheel seems nice so far. Only used it properly once in Germany(about 8 degrees when i left) but still a very nice feature data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 It wasn't a 'required' on my spec list, but it's nice to have

Heated seats, every time. Mine get used regularly in the winter. They're also great if you ever have the misfortune to injure your back data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

You can manually fold the mirrors in and out data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

You can also fart on your seat data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 Easier to do than folding the passenger side mirror whilst driving data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Damn. Beat me to it.

The crew cab on the fire engine was always heated in the winter........but farting was far more fun.data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
