I thought you had already agreed a deal?

If you live in Cornwall folding mirrors are a must.I've lost count of the number of times I would have lost as mirror if I hadn't folded them.

For me; you can't have leather without being able to heat it in the winter - dreadfully uncomfortable otherwise. No point for me to have rear heated seats though: child seat or in-laws (in-laws 'don't like the new fangled technology').

Rear seat solution = rug!

Is it fair to say that heated seats only really come in to play if you drive to work?Or do I just have a really indifferent bum to cool seats? data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

I always find by the time heated seats warm up I am warm anyway. As mentioned, heated steering wheel far more useful, how many times have you de iced the windscreen (or come back from a long walk) with cold hands. The cabin has warmed up (as have the seats and you ), but your hands are still freezing!

Do BMW offer the air cooled glove box, like Audi?

100% heated leather, can't be without it on a cold morning and they heat up quickly too, on my last BWM I had folding mirrors I do miss them but are not essential.

I have a Subaru Forester with heated front seats. Ever since I emigrated to Malaysia from UK (shipping the car out to my new home) I find that I've completely stopped using the heating accessory.

Well you would in Malaysia? I suspect the same car in that local market doesn’t even have the option. Mind you the Superb apparently has air cooled front seats as an option in some markets and here in Australia it isn’t an option. The heated seats are there though and the market has climates from tropical to temperate and bloody cold in the mountains. Maybe the heated seats are fitted in Malaysia after all data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
