Car theft is at epidemic levels. In just Birmingham alone, over 10,000 cars were stolen last year and this year looks to be higher, LINK.
Worryingly there are increasing amounts of cars stolen by breaking into your house and taking the keys. The lucky ones didn't hear anything and woke up to find their car gone. Others were held at knife or gun point for their keys. House alarms and anti snap door locks are a must and don't answer the door unless you know who it is.
Carjacking looks to be a daily occurrence and that's just those you hear about. A young woman was battered with a hammer for her car, others stabbed or beaten. Only yesterday a woman got lucky in that the people that tried to steal her car didn't want to hurt her... Mum fights off three men who try to steal car with her son inside
If you have a car that thieves want then one with keyless entry and easy to steal isn't as bad an option as the alternatives thieves use. That is a sad thing to say.
Modern car theft is causing misery for many many thousands.
I've watched about ten of their videos now, find it odly entertaining..
Wow that will aid my nights sleep,better off leaving keys in the motor at this rate (not really) probably wouldn't think to check lol. In all seriousness though it's quite scarry what has come of this country at times so let's blame it on Brexit.
