Notice the wink lol Staff lease, i work for a citroen multi franchise main dealer just coming out of a qashqai which was a steal at £200 a month 12k a year with no deposit! Got to have some perks to the ridiculous hours us car salesmen work!

What model? - I hate the wife's Juke with a passion!

You sure it was the dig-t 190bhp and not just the n/a 1.6 petrol 115bhp. The dig-t is a great free revving engine and pulls hard to the limit and is by no means slow.

I was told it was by the sales guy but now you mention it it could have been the 115bhp version. We are now awaiting March delivery of the Fiesta ST-3 anyway data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

I don't know anything about car leasing so be patient with me. What happens if the car breaks down, develops a fault etc? I'd the cost of repair included in the monthly payment? Or do you have to take out a separate warranty or deal with a dealer for repairs etc? Also, is insurance more expensive? This will be for personal use not business. Thanks

Your lease car is covered by a new car warranty.
For example, your local Ford garage has to honour the warranty, even if they didn't lease you the car.
No skin off their nose, they bill the parts/labour back to Ford anyway.
Insurance in no dearer than buying a car.
Roadtax is paid for by the lease company, you don't have to worry about it.
Just lease it, get it insured and serviced.

Road tax on the 1.5dci Tenka is only £20 anyway!

Great engine - overall horrible car. it's the wife's car, but apart from the engine which is the only redeeming feature, I dislike it intensely. Rattles all the time, terrible boot space, front tyres done in under 10k (that's the wife's school run and work run), plastic feeling, gearbox is clunky.

Overall - not my idea of a good car but hey ho, only 21 months till I can get shot of it!

Thanks, other than the fact that you don't own the car after paying through the lease period, I can see the attraction. A lot less hassle than owning, if you can afford the lease.
