Leasing can be cheaper depending on how often you change your car. If like me you change every 18-24 months leasing is at worst a match price wise vs depreciation and has the benefit of new car warranty. I lost £6k in 13 months on an M3. .
Our Nismo is the complete opposite by the sounds of it apart from having the same boot space. There's not a single rattle or creek, tyres have plenty of life after 8k miles and I don't hang around in it. Alcantara heated seats are excellent, some of the plastics would be better if soft touch. Gear change is like most Japanese cars and pretty direct, clutch could do with being a bit heavier though.
I'm liking my Juke so far as well.
Don't get a plasticky feel to it, because it has loads of leather.
Even the instrument binacle is leather, which is a nice touch I haven't had on £30kcars.
No rattles.
Boot space is what it is, it can take a week's shopping if need be and that's all we need.
Having a go at the boot seems a bit silly anyway, as you should know before you buy/lease.

Don't forget lease contracts are hard and expensive to get out of if your circumstances change (lost your job etc) or if you get fed up with the car.
True, which is why 18-24 month contracts are perfect, cars after 24 months become less desirable to me certainly. You can terminate a lease at any period, you just will end in negative equity. But again you can barter if you're looking at a further lease.
There is this ongoing 'thing' about being able to walk away from an agreement after 18 months.
Something about consumer/credit law.
I've seen it mentioned in a few lease threads, but never got to the bottom of it.

I can get a lease car through a salary sacrifice scheme at work. The deal I'm considering is for a Nissan Qashqai Tekna 1.5 diesel. In metallic paint and 15,000 miles a year for 3 years. It includes all insurance, tax and maintenence (literally everything including tyres etc) and it works out to £350 per month inclusive of tax etc.
Any thoughts on whether this is a good deal or not?
Sounds expensive to me.
Is the insurance through work then as lease deals do not usually do this?
How much cheaper without maintenance vs. the cost of only 45k miles servicing over 3 years?

Cheers. I work for the NHS and its a lease scheme set up specifically by them for NHS staff only. You have no option but to take the maintenance and insurance etc, but I quite like the idea of hassle free motoring as long as it doesn't cost me any more than it would do doing it separately that is. Thanks for the link. I'll have a look.
Edit. I should add that there's zero deposit also.
