I can't remember the numbers but the £350 is the cost to me after the saving on NI & tax and the additional BIK charge. Basically I'll be taking home £350 per month less money in exchange for the car and all the extras.

I was figuring on one set of fronts only, the rears should do for tens of thousands of miles.
And £120 each for 19" tyres shouldn't be too hard to match.
I was buying 265/30/19 tyres for my BMW for £136.00

I may be wrong but I wouldn't have thought a set of rear tyres would last 45,000 miles. I've just had to change the rears in our Kia Rio at 36,000 miles (75% motorway) and it's not driven particularly hard.

Just had a look on black circles and you're looking at £183 per tyre for the cheapest of the decent brands. So if it needed a full set as I suspect it would at some point in 45,000 miles, you'd be looking at £732.

The 'get out' of a lease is your remainder payments minus some interest, the only haggle is if the dealer wants to contribute towards your settlement figure. You are correct about shorter term leases, much better if you tire of cars after short periods data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

45K seems a lot but i bet it's not impossible.

I did about 77K in my RS and i think i only changed the rears oncedata:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Couple of half decent deals there.

You could get 19" RE050A bridgestones fitted for £150 a corner. Decent long lasting tyre also.

Lol. Good effort! Those days are gone for me now I have kids in the car on a regular basis.

Thanks I'll have a look at those. Still a big wedge at £600 per set though.

Just curious as to what you class as a decent brand?
You may be discounting perfectly decent brands.
The 265/30/19 tyres I was getting for £136 were Falken, which is a respected brand now.

Even zero deposit it sounds expensive. Maintenance should be minimal on a new car, tops should be a couple of oil changes. I got a deal of 250 quid for three years servicing on a juke separate to the financing. Max one set of tyres over three years I would think.

These were bridgestones but I'd count falken as a decent brand.
