Very happy for Djokovic. Once he started playing at an amazing level after the second set he outplayed Murray. His serving has improved considerably since the USO final and was very good today. At the age of 25 he is probably the greatest tennis player ever at the Australian Open. Before Roland Garros in May there are points for him to collect that should cement his World Number 1 position for a long time.
Good tournament for Murray beating Federer for the first time in a Slam but IMO when Novak is playing at such a high level then he it's too difficult to beat. Murray did well to make Nole play below-par for the first two sets, but even in this period I think he only made three break points on Djokovic's serve (all in one game). Novak did not lose his serve in around four hours of tennis against somebody who is regarded as the second best returner on tour.
Truly impressive performance from Djokovic, especially considering how he was close to going two sets down.

Always good to see sound burst pointing out anyone who he doesn't rate as getting several byes to a final of fluking their way to a final.
I don't believe for one moment he has ever played a sport because if he had he would realise fluking your way to a final numerous times would be impossible.
First it was Trump fluking, then Selby and now Murray, all of which are very good at the sports they play.

Well done to Novak, he is awesome. But don't forget that Andy beat him in the US. Plenty time yet for Britains Finest.

Bad luck Andy, but Novak was just too strong today. Don't forget this was Andy's third straight Grand Slam Final.

Murry was unlucky in that match - wasn't to be his day but he has proved he can do it and I hope that Wimbledon will be his big success this year! Come on Andy

The first Masters 1000 event - Indian Wells - and the SFs are Djokovic v Del Potro (who beat Murray) and Berdych v Nadal (who beat Federer).
Very surprised to see Rafa doing so well on his first tournament on hard courts for almost a year. Admittedly Federer seemed hampered by a back issue, Berdych should provide a greater test.
Djokovic unbeaten this year, since October in fact. 25 match winning streak. Del Potro played some great tennis to come back from a set to beat Murray.
