In what way is it contradictory?
You are either sending them in the device, or not.
If they are in the device, the restrictions are different because the device could possibly be activated and the batteries and device might start to get hot.
If they are not in the device, they can't be activated, and hence you can send more batteries, because they are less of a risk.
I don't really see what is 'contradictory' about it. Do you mean contradictory - i.e. one rule contradicts another? I can't see that myself. |
