Ah no, I haven't gon vegan - still consuming fish, cheese, milk.

I just meant in general, as you give things up for the sake of the world - you'd hope everyone did so it'd actually make a difference.

That's a relief I suppose you get the similar feeling I got when I stopped smoking nearly 30 years ago.. although my joy was just for myself rather than the World. I tried to tell people who I knew who still smoked how good it was not to smoke!

I don't eat much meat and never have but I don't think I could ever go without it. I could probably give up red meat and live on diary products, chicken and fish but then every time I smelled bacon being cooked I just couldn't resist it. So let's say I could give up red meat with the exception of bacon

A woman hears the ice cream van and rushes out the house, just as she gets there the van pulls away, she gives chase and catches it up but it pulls away again before she makes it. This goes on for a mile or so until she finally catches it...

“Did you not see me chasing you down the road”? She exclaimed!

“No sorry luv I didn’t, what can I get you?”

“Oh nothing” she says “I just wanted to let you know I'm vegan”

Perhaps you know more vegans than you think, just they don't feel the need to tell you about it?

The other side of the coin is some of the vegans I do know are often challenged about the shoes they wear, if yeast is an animal, is their beer vegan - as if finding some mistake in their decisions would undermine their own dietary choice.  I find that just as odd!

TBH a lot of 'vegans' aren't actually vegan as they drink non vegan wine and beer to name just a couple of things

TBH I don't know why it's made such a big song and dance about, just eat what you feel's right for you and get on with it
