It is an option, but it is quite rare for me to use PS these days and the older version I have is enough for my needs. Also that offer is something like £100 per year, while I can get LR 5 upgrade for around £50-60 and no need for subscriptions.

Has anyone else's flickr gone like this yet? I checked on the PC and it's still like this. I really HATE it

Oh right, well I guess it depends on how far LR6 is and what features it will have?

Or just get aperture instead (If you have Mac)

I'd advertise in the wanteds section for a cheap copy of LR5

That's the problem I have. It would be a bit pants if I was to invest in LR 5 now and then LR 6 would get a release/announcement soon after. On the other hand I've been using LR 4 since release (2 years ago?) and would like a change/upgrade.

No Mac here, just a PC.

Just had a quick look around and second hand LR 5 copies go for around £50, so about the same as new LR 5 upgrade. I've not seen second hand upgrade anywhere.

Yes but you can sell the old full copy of the older version for £25-£30

I'll give it few more days to think about it. Maybe some info about LR6 will get announced in the meantime.

Out of interest is there any reason that you think LR6 is on the horizon?
