@Dancook, this is what I'd buy if I had the money (or whatever version has superseded it), amazing bit of kit. This is a mate of mine playing, needless to say I won't play following him
(I find this piece particularly difficult as it's back to front. We're so used to running up the keys with the left hand, but with this you're running down all the time. Takes a while to get your head round )
One of the really impressive things though is the superarticulation, which has extra effects added to the instruments to mimic the real thing. So for example you can hear the drop off the note on the sax as you would get when the key's released, or in the example below you get the 'twang' on the strings in all the right places, and squeaking of the strings as though someones sliding their fingers along the frets. I don't know how it's done, but it just sounds so authentic. I don't know of another piano that has this.
Also, I wanted to post that yesterday but fallen asleep on my chair, this has some good creative vibe to it and she certainly knows what she is talking about. Quite motivating if you have a spare 2 hours.
Another one of my sunday GAS purchases turned up today. Sadly it's not the 622C-TX I am waiting for and hoped I could try out tonight when shooting products.
Almost three weeks later and 622C-TX has turned up. Looks like a great piece of kit, works nicely with strobes and speedlites, in groups and separately. Money well spent and the wait was worth it.
