Hi,

Has any one else ordered one of these? i preordered when it said they would be delivered the 11th.

My order tracking stopped working on the 5th. i contacted samsung and got a response on the 8th saying i would receive it and the headphones on the 11th. They would be dispatched on the 10th.

No dispatch email on 10th so contacted them again. was told to bear in mind they are struggling to get parts. It will now be shipped 11th and i should have it Monday.

I think thats a load of rubbish as well, all news sites seem to suggest the UK has been pushed back to the 18th.

Anyone ordered and had dispatch email? anhone been told sorry its delayed till the 18th?

Really pissed off with Samsung at the moment, the customer support is shocking. My girlfriends S7 edge broke after 4 weeks sent it for repair and after a million phone calls and emails finally got a replacement 40 days later. They have no complaint number or e-mail, I had to write a letter to a technology company. That was a week ago and no response from them.

Hi i phone up today said that il have order dispatch email by 7pm but no email and no money taken from account my friend order same time as me 1st nov he had email tonight and money taken from his account samsung sucks

Well no dispatch email yesterday as promised. So looks like i will have to contact them again.

I wouldnt even be bothetred if they said the 1ith. its the fact they keep saying yes sir tomorrow it will be there. Then it doesnt arrive.

Sent them an email. i would probably lose my rag on the phone to some poor person who doesnt deserve it after my recent annoyances.

I have just checked my card i used though and £349 came out yesterday so maybe it was dispatched and they just didnt tell me. I was told i wouldnt be charged till dispatch.

Yeah i will let you know if i hear back. let me know what they say to you.

Jyst got off phone ur recieve yours on monday there still process other orders today and tomorrow just hope im not fudgeed around as took day off yesterday

Well fingers crossed we both get them Monday. Cant believe they didnt email about the delay though.

Which version did you go for? I went classic, i think it goes better with more straps (Fancy the brown aligator leather one.). Although i think i slighlty prefer the look of the frontier in both watches standard trim. But that could just been down to the watch fave they have been using in the promotional pics.

I was gonna go for classic but been using moto one but got bored with the look so gone for frontier i forget the email correspondence dispatch are holding back till all pre orders are done
