Can I ask what speeds you are getting on the disks? I have a 500mbps package and while I know I’m gonna loose some when it comes to WiFi, I don’t think I’m gettting what I could when using the disks or equivalent of

Having bought the three disc whole-home-wifi and been very impressed by it, I then bought another two sets of two discs (refurbished at very good price from the BT Shop) for another house in the Canaries.  Sadly these haven't been able to connect because of the concrete and iron.  BT say when I return home they will take them back and replace them with something which might be more powerful. I reckon to get them to work I would need to plug a disc into every available socket. The signal hasn't been able to extend either one floor up or directly below.  So, its back to the faithful BT extenders.

Same reply as Toon Army; I have 70mbs and get very similar from my BT whole home wifi.  Results direct from wired to the router are within testing variation over the wifi
