Hi @Thatsnotmynaim sorry for the late reply, hope your doing well!
In the end I went with the AMD Sapphire VEGA 64 card and have been very happy with it. I know they recommend NVIDIA but I never really was able to get on with NVIDIA and have always preferred AMD. I think they are both as good as each other so you can't really go wrong with either.

It is said that madVR may favour NVIDIA chipsets in the future but I guess I will consider that in the future if it does  If I were you and money wasn't really an option I would go for the new RTX 2080 TI , failing that I would go for a RTX 2080. Hope this helps |
