Is there much difference between a 1050 Vs 1060 GPU?

Well he wants to spend the least tbh he won't buy a used one off eBay as theres no warranty

It's his choice of course but try to get him not to make a bad one. IMHO the three listed above would be better buy's, but if the Medion or HP then the HP over the Medion for sure.
