I’ve read good reports of their technical support, but haven’t used it myself. Alert messages on the keypad are funny things and some need an arm/disarm cycle to clear, whereas battery faults (lead acid one) seem to be checked at some point during the night.
I can understand the need in commercial installs, but for home users the tamper circuit can be a nuisance. I’d restrict it to the outside bell, whereas panel and each keypad has a tamper switch (let alone sensors). |
