Firstly, let me tell you in no uncertain terms, that a good proportion of the reviews on this site must be fake or linked in some personal way to this movie.
This movie is garbage... In fact, simply calling it a 'movie' is insulting to other quite acceptable indie, low-budget movies out there.
The camera work was pointlessly time wasting. The dialogue was stunted and obviously being read. The premise of the movie had zero depth, nor did either of the two characters.
But the thing that really pissed me off the most was the lack of effort.
When the girl is tied to the chair, the knots used were so loose that a four year old could have done a better job. The girl could have easily escaped, but made no attempt to do so.
The knife used to cut her forearms was obviously fake and, in fact, already had red on the blade before he even touched her arm, which in turn transferred the red to her arm in order to simulate cuts. Completely unrealistic.
In further scenes, the same knife was produced in order to stab her in the leg and you can hear the spring mechanism of the blade retracting inside the handle.
What... A... Joke.
I don't often log on to imdb, but when I do it is almost in an utter protest to the crap I have subjected myself to.
Be warned - this collection of b-roll footage is unlikely to elicit anything except disgust and anger at having subjected yourself to it, doing what I did and emploring it to get at least marginally better, which it did not.
I am not even going to hide the 'spoilers'.
Avoid at all costs. Not worth your time at all. Go and pick your nose for an hour - it would be much more productive and a damn sight more enjoyable.
