You know a movie is bad when you start rooting for the monster (see "Jurassic Park 3"). It had bad everything, from acting to plot to sfx. Matthew Broderick runs like a girl. And Spielberg (in most of his films) did the whole open mouth look of awe to death, but we get even more of it here, at least they stole from a good director. The indestructible (almost) taxicab was such a leap of faith that, well, I can think of no adjectives to even barely describe it. If Ed Wood had a hundred million dollars this is what he would have made. Without a doubt a strong contender for worst movie ever. See it only if you have time to kill. Otherwise stay away--it sucks beyond anything, arrgghhh.
