Yeah will be ok, considering only have the rear exhaust on my case temps are fine. cpu idle at 30c now and after few runs of valley or heavy games gpu will hit 60-62c tops.
Despite small case the cpu cooler only couple inches max from side case holes, same with gpu the lower case holes not far from it either so works pretty well that way.

just depends if have the money and can be bothered, ur temps are low enuf as it is makes no difference apart from bragging rights imo.
