Yeah in spirit tracks AND hourglass you used a stylus to move by holding it in the direction you wanted to go.

Worked great!! But this brings you back to old school analogue movement so feels fresh haha.

WHAT?!? THERES PORTALS?!

If I die during a boss I have to leave everything; go back to the shop to rent my stuff waaaaay back at the start of the game; then go the whole way back to the dungeon and retrace my path through all the floors to get to the boss again.

Am I being stupid? Lol

Well, i havnt died yet on it but i got portals on my first dungoen.

I get a portal if I beat the boss . . .but if I die then it's a long track back to the shop, then a long track back to the dungeon, then a long track back through the dungeon

How good is the 3D in this? I thought Mario 3D World and Luigi's Mansion were great but my God this REALLY shows off the 3D ability!  Does give me a sore head if I leave it on for a while though.

My question leads to an issue ive been having with my 2ds. Luigis mansion 2 keeps crashing after like 5mins of play. I get the black screen and your system needs to restart blurb. Its really annoying as i want to play this game. Further i wish to play zelda albw on the 2ds but am fearful of the same problem. Now what i cant figure out is luigis mansion plays fine on my 3ds, as does super mario 3d land, zelda OoT and Starfox. They all run fine on my 2ds AND 3ds. So what gives.. is my 2ds broken somehow?

The crash issue with luigi on the 2ds i can replicate everytime too.

You should get the portal automatically in every dungeon as soon as you hit a certain point. I think you also have to have the trinket that you buy from one of the shops but that works for every dungeon. I'm on my 5th next and I've had portals in all of them so far.

If you die, just reload from outside the dungeon and you won't lose all your loaned equipment

So happy with this game, I got the collector's edition. I sold the chest for £40 on eBay haha, so anyone who got the standard, you missed out. I got the Game for free. I am still waiting for the poster, my local GAME store still don't have it !!!. I am annoyed with them.

Anyone know how to do a deep dive? I haven't found any iron boots so don't think they're in this game. I have Zora's flippers but can never dive deep enough to enter a door under water
