Do you know the name of the freight forwarders, please.  I ordered something one week ago and don't have a tracking number or confirmation of dispatch, in spite of asking 4 times.  Expedite are not good at responding to questions via their own 'ticket' customer service system. Thanks

Can you let me know if your Note 3 was a European model? From what I understand Note 3's are region locked. What sort of Charger did it have? Was the manual in English?

Ordered on the 3rd June and received on the 7th June.  I've been using it for a week and it is excellent!

I would advise that you register on the expedite electronics site before you order, otherwise you won't be able to track your
order......unless you email them.

I know Parcelforce are the couriers but there's a freight forwarder sitting between Expedite and Parcelforce.  I'm extremely unhappy with Expedite.  This is my last message to them today (1 of about 8 sent this week, only 2 have been responded to but with no real help) - "Still no tracking number, still can't see my order in 'My Account'.  Its been 9 days since I ordered and still no information.  RUBBISH SERVICE!!!!!  I will be raising a complaint through PayPal."

Thanks all you guys for this, though I didn't register before my order. I have ordered a MacBook Pro so will give you a heads up how that goes. if all is sweet, then it'll be recommendations to all my mates.

I ordered two lenses from Expedite and got a tracking number for one and none for the other. Both arrived promptly and were properly packed. I am ordering another lens from them and cannot believe how they can be 33 percent cheaper than Amazon. Three cheers for Expedite.
