I know Parcelforce are the couriers but there's a freight forwarder sitting between Expedite and Parcelforce. I'm extremely unhappy with Expedite. This is my last message to them today (1 of about 8 sent this week, only 2 have been responded to but with no real help) - "Still no tracking number, still can't see my order in 'My Account'. Its been 9 days since I ordered and still no information. RUBBISH SERVICE!!!!! I will be raising a complaint through PayPal." |
