Hello. I took the plunge after finding this forum. So thanks for that. I can't seem to login to my account with them though -anyone had that problem?

Did you register before you ordered?

If not then you won't have an account - you'll just have order details. I'm sure they'll get back to you though if you email them with your order details.

Ah, yes, I had to register after but I thought they would link my email with my order.

Mine is now set complete also and i got a tracking number today. Hoping for delivery in the next few days

No they don't seem to do this automatically. Although they might be able to if you request it

Well, I can't seem to login with my registered email and password either.

I also had the nerve wracking experience when ordering (via PayPal) of being sent back to their order page and not knowing what to do next. I was worried I would inadvertently make duplicate orders or none at all. I made none at all I concluded and started all over again.

So, is it me or is it fair to say that their payment process is not as straightforward as many other PayPal orders?

Perhaps it isn't as simple or straightforward as it could be. You could always check you PayPal account and see if the transaction has been paid twice I'd your worried.

No idea why you can't log in with your account. Perhaps email them to ask?

Our ipad arrived yesterday. 8 days after placing order. a savings of £90 on RRP.. wife is over the moon.. very satisfied customer.

Z2 tablet arrived this morning, 6 working days after placing the order. If it had not been for this forum, doubt I would have placed the order. Great saving (£85.00 on Curry's/PC World/Amazon) and a very easy ordering process. Based on my experience would not hesitate to recommend.

Has anybody had there order showing as import Gateway Acceptance at Parcel force website after given tracking number, mine has been on this since last Friday evening, It was a IPad and I'm thinking its going walkies, was told if would be with me yesterday today or tomorrow, and they are investigate with parcel force supposedly. If nothing tomorrow I will be making PayPal cash back claim.
