Of course, I mean when I was smoking I would often find myself craving something stronger. Like heroin. I used to fill the hole with constant binge drinking instead.

As an ex-smoker (nearly a year now), I will sit here and type a 'well done' to all those who are using e-cigs to give up, good on you all.

As for the other buffoons in this thread, at least e-cigs are helping these people to stop smoking, which, incidentally, is what they were made for!!

To those who have never smoked a fag in your life, you are not in any position to offer 'advice' to anyone, butt (pardon the pun) out...

That isn't a bad idea. These things (if you go the VV Lava Tube, Provari way) can be very complicated.
All kinds of juice, all flavours, PG/VG, Carto's, Atomisers Tanks, puff Daddys, dual coil, batteries, 510 connections..and so on

I am not 'at home' on the e-cig forums I have found, just not feeling it if you know what I mean.

I smoked 30 a day for 30 years; There is nothing i do not know about nicotine addiction.

If you have genuinely stopped ingesting nicotine, then good on you. If you have just swapped one delivery device for another, then stop conning yourself.

Ecigs were not designed to help people kick nicotine addiction, but to give them hope that they could continue to smoke without killing themselves. It's a con.
