I'm bored of food... I mean really bored of pretty much everything, I can't make sense of it, it's nothing medical, I don't have any eating disorders, no depression etc etc...
I just find myself struggling to find something I really want to eat, I'm pretty easy when it comes to food, there are some things I just wont eat - seafood and mushrooms, anything else I'll at least try.
The only thing that ever seems to tickle my fancy is an Indian take away or Japanese food, nothing else really excites me any more.
I always read the food threads on here and end up with a watering mouth or start to feel a little hungry, but when it comes to lunch or dinner I struggle to think of something I want... even walking around the supermarket I find it hard to pick stuff I want to buy.
I'm sure plenty of people have had this problem before, I know all I need to do is be creative and think of new ways to do things to make it exciting again, but the question is... how do you do that?! I've tried cook books and reading recipes etc online, but it only really seems appealing when I'm not hungry
