Loads of receipt ideas on line if you have a search, and loads of cookbooks. I eat mostly eggs for breakfast, either scrambled or poached. If scrambled I usually mix in a bit of spinach and some precooked sweet potatoe cubes. Add some smoked salmon or good quality bacon, half an avacado and this will keep you going much longer than porridge. I'll usually have a banana mid morning, then salad with chicken for much. Dinner will be meat of some sort with veg. Bowl of fruit with a spoonful of Greek yogurt for pudding. Snacks during the day would be a handful of nuts.
Tonight I have spag Bol, instead of belly bloating high carb pasta we have courgetti. Julienne a courgette and a couple of carrots and fry in olive oil and a small cube of grass fed butter for a few minutes. |
