I'm not averse to the odd drunken kebab but this has me guessing to , perhaps his kebabs are dripping in that much grease the owners of the kebab shop are marketing it as some sort of sauce.

Get yourself some decent hot sauce stocked up beat the kebab shop chilli sauce offering 9 out of 10 times, meat to sauce ratio is too low for my liking on that pic

I have regular batches sent over from my cousin in Miami, and I must say its savage hot

It's definitely a case of putting the toilet roll in the freezer the night before
