I live in Lincolnshire where they take sausages far too seriously.

Forget anything you find in the supermarket and head to your local butchers

As others have said, try local farm shops.
The one where I get my dog stuff has loads of options and the quality is excellent.

Again,nothing from a supermarket. Butchers sausages. Archers in Norwich are tops.

My 12 year old daughter had sausages whilst out with mates the other day and she commented they where like puréed sausage in a skin. Sounds like Richmond sausages to me.  Rank, but funny.
