Anyone use grow lights to start their seeds off? A lot of my seeds need to be propagated (requiring temps of 25-32c), so instead of buying multiple propagators (expensive) I was thinking maybe grow lights? (yes the type used for weed...!).

I have a grow light, bought off of Amazon, but yet to set it up.
I read that the best thing for seeds in general was to use put them in the dark on damp paper towel, forcing the roots to grow.
I'm planning a grow shed for various edibles later in the year.
ATM only have herbs growing 'very well' outside and my new addition is my rhubarb, planted in a large pot.
Loves it manure/compost mix, it's going berserk

I never bothered with any lights in the end. The weather was showing promise, then we had a wet and cold Spring.... everything stopped growing for weeks.

Making up for it now though. Not dropping below 31 all week. Likely to hit 40 mid week!

Good news, we have loads of ripening tomatoes.

Better news:

From the plants that won't harvest until next year
