If charging fees for employment tribunals is illegal under rights established in Magna Carta, why aren't all other courts also free on the same basis?

Magna Carta does not forbid court fees, it merely means that we have speedy access to the Justice system. If you were both to read Professor Dicey and other leading scholars of Law (along with the history of how the court system evolved) you might not be so misinformed.

Errr......I was misinformed by you. You claimed that Magna Carta made charging fees for employment tribunals illegal (even though it was conceived about 600 years before employment tribunals were invented)

Now you appear to be back tracking, and claiming that it only provides for "speedy access" to justice. So not quite following how charging a nominal fee prevents "speedy access". Or why a tribunal fee is not a court fee? Or why lawyers fees do not apparently prevent "speedy access"?

Well it may not be hard, but it is inconsistent with your earlier statements that the Magna Carta does not outlaw court fees. Or the fact that you have repeatedly failed to explain why a tribunal fee prevents "fair and equal" access (note you have changed that from the previous "speedy" access), but lawyers fees do not similarly prevent "fair and equal" access to justice?
