Funny we are both the only ones and this thread and chuckle about it.

Interesting to learn the additional info. I’m changing my vote. None should get their costs refunding when it is their own fault for falsifying (intentionally or not) their application.

Can’t you see this hasn’t anything to do with Brexit but the people affected have a real immigration status issue. Whether correct or not is irrelevant, that kind of stuff happens all the time. Heck there is a huge backlog.
