What he said isn't really an issue. It's the brazen bare faced lies in the HOC that should be addressed.

David Cameron's 'Calm down dear' didn't get near the column inches or attention this unheard alledged comment is. And that was said to Parliament.
Neither did John Bercows audible 'stupid woman' comment (and he's done it twice)
John Bercow is accused of branding ANOTHER Tory MP a 'stupid woman' | Daily Mail Online

Google hits: Brian Sedgemore 'you snivelling little git'  13 (said to Sir Peter Tapsell)

Like many things, those in the House of Commons did it much better in the past when an insult was indubitably an insult. 5 and 15 are my favourites coupled with the refusal to withdraw the insult.

This media concentration on Jeremy is a laugh.

Anything to deflect attention away from the forthcoming parliamentary vote on Brexit deal which was promised on 11th December and postponed because the Tory government knew it wouldn't win.

Also deflects attention from the fact that due to the delay there will be very little time for the Brexit legislation to be passed through parliament.

Good ol' Jeremy - he makes a bloody good lightning conductor

Agreed
Very little time for there to be any discussion in parliament about the legislation. Almost like a rubber stamp with no oversight was the intention....

We're also on Corbyn thread no. 139 (true fact, no need to check), not sure even Trump has had that much attention here.

I thought that was just a thank you. You know hands together, slight bow, and mime thank you. Nice soft and gently. Very inclusive and doesn’t frighten anyone like clapping might do. Clapping is so vulgar.
