I would disband the army and put the money into special forces, anti Terror and the Navy, I would also create a scheme to encourage young people into the cadets and older people into The TA, we are an island only the united states could succefully invade..........or maybe african refugees aswell

I would also increase the marines from 8,000 to 20,000 and give them all the good sh*t.
I would redeploy 5,000 Gurhkas into the marines as front line  ( cannon fodder) crack troops.
