Trump has (reportedly) done more for African-Americans than just about any of his predecessors and he's also done just about everything possible to fulfil his election manifesto pledges.  To call him a racist is hardly justifiable, notwithstanding his determination to reduce significantly the numbers if unskilled migrants infiltrating the USA by way of its largely open southern borders, not just from Mexico but from various Latin/Hispanic countries.

It might well be argued that India and Pakistan are more racist (towards each other) than most Westerners are towards the populations of either country.  That said, even they must realise the catastrophic consequences of launching nuclear strikes.
