Actually the police did escort them out. They didn't resist and were calm and cooperative, so no force was necessary.

There was no justification for that amount of force, so it was brutality.

Why do you think the security detail doesn't just anyone getting near the minister with maximum force?

He could have done that simply by blocking her path. Or better yet allowed her to continue and called the police, since progressing into the room was not threatening anyone.
