On many occasions he has not been neutral, and makes no secret of his opinions. (remember his long speech about Trump addressing the house?)
But on this occasion I believe he is right.
The second time it was put to vote there had been some new information from the EU and, of course Geoffrey Cox. But this time, what has changed?
Just saying it might pass this time because pressure has been put on MPs is not quite the same as a change in the WA itself. |
