Don't plan on using those tyres again - even in the winter! They are dangerous as the tread is crumbling/sloughing. Also, you face the real issue getting a hefty fine and points (per tyre) if plod spots you driving on them.

Safety first - scrap the tyres ASAP!

Just to update, new tyres fitted. Tracking was 5 degrees or so out so definitely worth doing at the same time.

Thanks for all the help and advice guys!

Wow! I've not seen that before. IMHO, I never risk anything with tyres. They keep your 2 ton car pointing in the right direction, stop you safely and stick you the road when accelerating. Unless you drive like a nonagenarian great granny, don't risk it.
Of course  the bad news is that you should never mix tred patterns on an axle, so you'll probably need two new tyres. Plus, if the rear tyres are fairly worn, you'll need to put the new tyres on the rear and move the current pair to tge front. Just don't risk it.

Do you have speed cushions in your area? They will shred your tyres and put your tracking out very quickly.

You have winter tyres and normally these should be replaced when they get to about 4mm depth. The sipes don't work well below that.

Those are pretty well worn even for regular tyres.

You don't need to put new tyres on the rear. I always fit new tyres on the driving wheels.
