Where do all spies go when they want to hook up with other spies and do top secret spy stuff? Why, noisy nightclubs of course! There's no place better to discuss spook talk and the events of the day! And the noisier the better so you actually have to shout all those top secrets out at the top of your lungs for the world to hear!
The bloke in charge is banging his secretary and the new boy quickly seduces an enemy agent! She ends up dead, of course, so now it's personal!
There are USB sticks being left at gravestones and other brilliant and 'original' locations! As for the actual spy stuff... I haven't got a bloody clue what's going on and I'm paying pretty close attention. There's a lot of people following each other about on trains and buses, etc.
If John Le Carre was writing for the Disney channel AND had his brain removed by enemy agents, this is what he'd come up with.
The photography and annoying music are deceptively suspenseful even when there's nothing going on! Every single character is so annoying that they should be punched in the face - hard... The whole thing is as captivating as shopping for socks.
Real spooks probably watch this instead of Tom & Jerry cartoons!
