Season 1 & 2 were great. It pulled me in, gave me chill bumps, and allowed me to enjoy the world of "Ghostface" again, (as an adult this time, rather than an 8 year old).
But Season 3 felt like I was watching a high school play and cheering on my friends trying their best at acting. I couldn't get into the story bc I kept being reminded these characters are ACTORS. I honestly at one point questioned whether this was a serious take on the Scream franchise, or if this was more of a parody like "Scary Movie". I usually wouldn't take time out of my day to write a review, but I am angry and frustrated that y'all had a chance to take this storyline and make it good. I was THRILLED when I saw that Netflix had a Season 3. But now after watching it, I'm just disappointed because I know I'll never see the third season this show deserved. Well, at least I can say I am thankful for 2 great seasons.
