Nothing is realistic. This show not only annoys people who do this work in the real world but angers them. The story lines are so ridiculous and unbelievable. The characters are basically on a soap opera. And finally this show is an exact replica and rip off of the failed show TRAUMA that came before it, down to the plot lines. In order to like this show you have to be completely forgiving of basically every detail they make up and accept it for what it is; a cheesy over-done soap opera.
