Rating "Scream Queens" as "awful" is an insult to the word "awful". Ryan Murphey seems incapable of moving past the only recipes that seem to have brought him success: Campy bitchy young girls and fiery fast stupid dialogue that worked great in "Glee" briefly many years ago. I'm astounded at the number of big names that signed on for this show...many of whom I used to respect. I would very much welcome some originality for Mr. Murphy at this point. The characters are all "Glee" reboots and the plot and theme seems ripped directly from a season of "American Horror." And to boot every song I heard was horribly derivative including a classic that was ripped directly from "Sixteen Candles." I suppose I should be grateful for his introducing millennials to the likes of Corey Heart. (Why should my generation suffer alone??)

Overall, I expected much better. :(
