While I like this show, I don't love it. I generally love all shows that handle rehabs, I find this show to be lacking. I have seen the brothers go through the homes and tell the prospective buyer that they can make this their dream home, but I generally don't see where the entire house has been renovated. I guess this is why I find it lacking. I think that both brothers do a great job, but if only certain rooms are completed during the renovation process,and the couple has spent their maximum amount alloted, what happens to the rest of the house? I will say that on some of the shows I've seen, I applaud Jonathan for his restraint. Some of their clients are very difficult, but he handles them with so much respect and tact. The other question I have, is I wander if any potential client(s) quit after they are taken to look at their "dream home" and find out that not only is it out of budget, but they need to look at fixer uppers.
