I don't catch many cartoons and haven't done for years. Most of them are usually on whilst I am working and any that I have watched briefly such as Pokemon or Dragonball Z have been utter rubbish.
I am pleased to say however, that Beast Wars is not included in that. I have seen nearly all of the episodes and think they are fantastic right on par with the great cartoons of the 60's, 70's and 80's.
I tuned in to Transformers and Gobots back in the 1980's so having enjoyed them very much, I had to check this out. The animation is superb, the characters likeable and the plots surprisingly interesting. It's also fun to see robots disguised as animals of the jungle battling each other. This show is just as good as the original Transformers series and is perhaps the only good cartoon of the 90's. I would certainly check it out.
