In a world of perfection and serious exactness a welcoming place to land is often not professional but a relaxed entry way to community. Phil suggests it is not the percisness of the ingredient but the people that you come in contact with, the unexpected location and the joy of the experience. Phil is not the culinary master, thank goodness we have enough of those, each being better than the last. Phil celebrates a life that the unusual, different than where we are and communally the same.
