Dante's Cove is so bad on so many levels that it's too numerous too mention. The writing is god awful. I mean terrible, trite, just plain bad. Some of the dialog doesn't even make sense. They lay it on thick.
The acting is just as bad. It's like the show can't decide if it's porn, where you'd expect bad acting and good sex, or a thriller, where you'd expect at least half-way decent acting and bad sex. You get bad acting and yes, bad sex.
Cinimax late at night (a.k.a. skinimax) offers better sex than this. It's just naked guys and girls kissing each other and caressing each other. Guys with guys and girls with girls of course.
The sex scenes seem mechanical and forced as if there is no chemistry between the actors. And why the hell is everyone with their clothes off look all sweaty? I mean, I know why, but come on! It just looks F-ing ridiculous.
Gays are supposed to be uber-creative. This shows that we can make awful programming just like straight people.
Avoid this at all costs! I swear I almost threw up in my mouth by watching only 15 minutes.
You're better off watching a porn.
