If you're looking for a reboot of the beloved, frightening series your feelings will be hurt. The episodes are set up like documentaries. I only made it to the second episode but there is no host and each episode is focused on ONE story. I know that no one can hold a candle to Mr. Robert Stack but a host helped usher in the multiple stories. Since that's removed It's not Unsolved Mysteries. Netflix should have given this format another name and I'm sure it would have been a hit but to call it Unsolved Mysteries and have nothing in common with the former series other than the theme song which wasn't as ominous as the original falls flat in my opinion. I'm disappointed, I was looking forward to being scared out of my wits but instead it came across as a new series on the ID channel.
