Right, tomorrow I'm cooking the ole chicken masala, I will take a pic of MY variation of this dish and GGTD (G) if your reading this umm need to borrow your taste buds.
Text me with a time I can nip up tomorrow in the afternoon.
Been to the dinner time buffet a few times and every time I swear I'm not going back poor choice and it seems under cooked chicken and really fatty lamb
I made chicken curry, daal ( lentils) and Keer ( Asian rice pud)
Thought I would try one final dish well three.
Simply wanted to prove a point on food consistency and authenticity. Still can't find the origins to the dish but so many shops advertise their dish us "truly authentic "
I had a curry a few weeks ago in Brighton that was advertised as an authentic Indian dining experience.
Well I was thinking here we go but in fact it was delicious. Not sure about the authentic blurb as most of the dishes on the menu were deffo of the Anglo Asian type (chicken tikka massala etc) but the flavours and textures were excellent. They also served Dosas which are one of my favourite dishes and my wife had a desert of caramalised carrot that sounds weird but man it was good.
I'll look up my trip advisor review later and post the name.
