This is not a reality show because there is nothing real about it. The "show a perfect house and tell them they can't afford it" started out cruel and is now a farce. The houses offered are ridiculously overpriced; they would have to say where they are to justify the prices. Half of the horrid things they find that "aren't in the budget" and "oh dear, we've already used the contingency amount" would have been found by a building inspector. In any case the budgets are ludicrous because they don't have contingencies that are realistic for a non-inspected house. And the designs? I wouldn't let either one of them "design" a dog house because I like dogs too much. Never ever would I want a room designed anything like what I've seen on the show. I gave up after a few episode. Don't waste your time.
