5th season is a disappointment

i was really hoping that with the addition of Chris Noth and Annabella Sciorra that the show would pick up and give Vincent rest so that he could add more fire to his roll as in the past. that has not proved to be the case.

the shows story lines are dry and predictable CI used to be my favorite law and order, but i think i will have to reevaluate my selections.

I still think D'onofrio is an excellent actor because i have seen him in other films, perhaps it is time for him to move on to other things. Or perhaps he has and is no longer interested in playing this roll, only in finishing his current contract.

either way i continue to wish him the best in whatever he chooses to do.
